Shipping Guide

We charge a flat rate of $10 for Australia-wide delivery or offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of $249 or more. Order your workwear uniforms online before 10:00 a.m. for same-day dispatch. When we receive your online order, our team will process it and ship it via StartTrack. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

If you require a printed or embroidered logo item, a delivery time will be provided along with a quote; typically, it takes 10 to 15 working days from the day your artwork was approved. If your order is urgent and you require it as soon as possible, please notify us by sending an email to [email protected] for delivery confirmation.

Order Tracking

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track its progress. Your email will include a tracking ID number and a link to check the status of your order’s delivery online with Star Track. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order’s delivery here.

Please keep in mind that delivery times may be longer during the Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter holiday seasons due to holiday seasons. If your delivery address will be unattended, please specify where the parcel should be left in the comments box during checkout.
