Please Choose Carefully And Retain Your Receipt!

Please choose your products carefully, as Promotional Gears does not accept returns based on either an incorrect choice or a change of mind. If you have any queries about a product you would like to purchase, please contact us to discuss your concerns before you buy.

Since all of our products are personalized, we are unable to accept returns. If you feel your order was produced incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of the invoice date. If it is determined there is a material or manufacturing defect with your order, we will accept your return.

All claims for shortages, loss or non-delivery must be made within 7 days from the date of the invoice. Claims for damages in transit must be made with the individual carrier when you receive the shipment, so please save all shipping cartons for inspection.

 

We Only Accept Return un-decorated items

The validity of our refunds and exchanges policy is 7 days from the day you have received your order and is applicable only to un-decorated items ( non-embroidered, non-screen printed)

While placing an order online with embroidery, make sure that you have selected the right product, size, and colour, because once the items are decorated, we cannot exchange or accept returns.

The un-decorated product must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it, in its original packaging with all the swing tags on it

Shipping charges that may be applicable while returning products should be paid by you and are non-refundable.

 If you are required to send back the undecorated items to our office, it is advisable to use a track able shipping service or purchase a shipping insurance while returning items, as we cannot guarantee you that we will receive the item you returned.

After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether we have approved or rejected your refund or exchange.

 If approved, we will issue you with a store credit and store credit can be used anytime on our website for exchanging sizes or buying other items of your choice.

 

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are instantaneous over the telephone; contact only the internet sales manager to ensure an instant cancellation. Any cancellations advised by email must allow 48 hours (excludes non-working days) for email processing and cancelling
