We Only Accept Return Un-Decorated Items

Please choose your products carefully. We only accept the return of un-decorated items. The validity of our refunds and exchanges policy for a returned item is 14 days from the day you received your order and is applicable only to un-decorated items, non-embroidered, non-printed.

While placing an order online with embroidery or printing logos, make sure that you have selected the right product, size, and colour, because once the items are decorated, we cannot exchange or accept returns. If you have any queries about a product you would like to purchase, please contact us to discuss your concerns before you buy it.

Return Conditions

  1. The un-decorated product must be unused and in its original packaging with all the swing tags on it, in the same condition that you received it.
  2. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred in returning goods unless the items received were wrongly supplied or faulty.
  3. Items on sale or discontinued items are not accepted for returns unless faulty.
  4. Returns are accepted for a refund or exchange only within 14 days of receiving your order.
  5. Items returned must be accompanied by an Order Number within 7 days from the day your return request was approved.
  6. A tracking number must be provided to ensure that we will receive the item you returned.
  7. After receiving the returned item, we will inspect the item and notify you whether we have approved or rejected your refund or exchange.
  8. If approved, we will process your refund within 5 working days.
  9. If you receive a refund, you will be refunded the cost of the item less shipping to your bank account.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange if the sizing of the items in your order is wrong. Please send an email to request an exchange along with your order number and item details, and we will be happy to exchange it for you.

For faster service on exchanges, we recommend you reorder and purchase the correct item/size online. Send the return with the exchange return email. When the old products are returned, we will credit your account, less shipping charges. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the exchange.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Keep your tracking number in the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit. We are not responsible for any returned packages until they are received at our office.

Order Cancellations

You can request a cancellation prior to the scheduled dispatch date for a full refund. Simply give us a call on 1300 331 881 or email [email protected] to request a cancellation. Please note that we have a same-day dispatch policy if you place an order before 10:00 am. To cancel your order, please ensure that you notify us before it is dispatched.
