Online Order
We charge a flat rate of $10.00 for orders and offer FREE SHIPPING to any Australian address on orders over $249.00. For additional information on shipping fees, please visit our Shipping Guide Page.
In most cases, if you place your order before 10 am, we will ship it the same day. If you place an order after 10 am, we will try to dispatch your order the next working day. How can I track my order?

You can request for a cancellation prior to order dispatched for a full refund, simply give us a call on 1300 331 881Â or email [email protected] request for a cancellation.
Please note, orders that are dispatched or in transit cannot be cancelled.

Yes, a pdf invoice will be sent to your order confirmation email.
We are an online retailer of workwear uniforms and do not have a showroom for visitors. This allows us to keep our overhead and prices low. We ship directly to you throughout Australia.

Payments
We currently accept Zip Pay, Visa and Mastercard. Our credit card payment system is securely supported by Stripe and PayPal. When using the PayPal method to pay with a credit card, you do not need to have a PayPal account.Â
Please be aware that when you make a credit card payment, Promotional Gear & Uniform does not record your credit/debit card number or other personal information.
Yes, we accept internet bank transfers, and you can choose this payment method during the checkout.
Return Policy
We accept returned items with no customised printing or embroidery, as long as they are in their original condition, complete with price tag and packaging. For change of mind returns, the delivery fee is non-refundable. Click here for the complete return policy.Â
To submit a request form for a return, click “return request form.” and follow the insttruction.
Embroidered Logos
The minimum order quantity for garments with an embroidered logo is 5 garments.
A one-time setup fee of $45 is charged to new embroidery customers for the digitization of their logos. The process of converting your logo artwork into a stitch file that an embroidery machine can sew on clothing. This is a one-time setup cost because we will retain your logo artwork on file for all upcoming embroidery.
Please choose the garment that you want to order and select “Add Embroidery Logo Min 5*” in the dropdown list and select the size of your logo to be embroidered. Please keep in mind that we only offer embroidery services with the purchase of a garment from our website.Â
It will take up to 5 working days after the embroidery artwork has been approved. If you need it urgently please contact us.
Printed Logos
The minimum order quantity for garments with a heat transfer printed logo is 10.
There is no artwork setup cost, but the minimum garment with a printed logo order quantity is 10.
Please choose the garment that you want to order and select “Add Printed Logo Min 10*” in the dropdown list and select the size of your logo to be printed. Please keep in mind that we only offer printed services with the purchase of a garment from our website.Â
It will take up to 7 working days after the print artwork has been approved. If you need it urgently please contact us.
