At Promotional Gear & Uniform, our number one goal is to produce custom printed and embroidered products precisely according to the specifications provided by our customers. Because of this, we want to make sure that you are aware of certain important facts regarding the process of proofing your artwork before it is printed or embroidered.

Our graphic designer will prepare an electronic proof of your artwork, and if you require assistance, they will also provide recommendations. You can review and approve your logo artwork via email before we start your decoration order.

Pre-production Proofs

The most important factor to consider is colour differences. The colours on the art proof we give you will vary in appearance depending on how they are viewed. If colour is essential to your project, we suggest ordering a pre-production proof, this will always be the most representative example of your final product.

Pre-production proofs typically incur an additional charge, plus the price of the garment. Please let us know if you would like a Pre-production proof.
