Terms and Conditions
Promotional Gears, ABN: 38 622 329 864 operates this website. Please read these Terms and Conditions before placing your order or services. By using or accessing this website you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions listed in this website (T&Cs).
This Term and Condition is a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “you” or “your”) and Promotional Gears (“Operator”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
If you do not agree to the Terms & Conditions, please do not use this website.
Consumer Guarantees
All goods sold by Promotional Gears come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure or if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges for orders to be deliver to Australia suburbs are subject to be calculated during the checkout, the delivery fee will be displayed. By proceed your order, you are accepting our delivery charge conditions.
Pricing & GST
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollar (AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax). Product prices do not include delivery charge. Promotional Gears reserves the right to change prices without notice at any time.
Payment
We accept Visa, Master, PayPal, Zip Pay, Afterpay. Our credit card payment system is securely supported by eWay and PayPal. Please note that a PayPal account is not required when you make a credit card payment under PayPal policy.
Quotation
All quotes are valid for 14 days only and may be subject to change after this period. If the clients accept quotation, all quotation on the condition that they will be invoiced at the prices ruling at the date of acceptance. All prices are strictly GST included unless where otherwise stated.
Colour Variations
Our printing products may have colour variations from what you have seen on screen, to what the final product looks like, variations between the front and back of the card, and previous orders can also be expected. This is the nature of CMYK offset printing and bulk-run printing.
Artwork
Artwork designed by Promotional Gears remains the property of Promotional Gears until service paid for. Once invoice is paid for the artwork is owned by the client and we can supply a copy of an original artwork to the Customer.
Artwork Approval
When Customer approved artwork proofs from Promotional Gears, you are held fully responsible for accepting all content. This includes design, spelling, grammar, and numbers of it is contents. It is your responsibility to request another copy if your proof is difficult to read. We will print exactly what is accepted in the final proof. Visit full details of Artwork Proofs
Submitting Artwork
It is your responsibility to ensure that any design that is submitted is not in violation of any copyright laws, we assume that your artwork is legally yours. Customers are reminded to submit print-ready artwork with the correct specifications. We will print your approved artwork by whatever you submit, and we are not responsible for artwork mistakes. We reserve the right to make changes to your artwork without your consent to avoid printing problems that we predict happening.
Return Policy
We only accept return un-decorated items, the validity of our refunds and exchanges policy is 7 days from the day you have received your order and is applicable only to un-decorated items (non-embroidered, non-screen printed)
While placing an order online with embroidery, make sure that you have selected the right product, size, and colour, because once the items are decorated, we cannot exchange or accept returns.
The un-decorated product must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it, in its original packaging with all the swing tags on it. Click Full Refund Policy for full details
Cancellation Policy
You can request for a cancellation prior to the scheduled delivery date for a full refund, simply give us a call on 1300 331 881 or email [email protected], or login your client portal to request for a cancellation. Please note, customers can delay the delivery at different time.
We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared or dispatched or in transit with our courier for delivery. Cancellations received after the applicable period stated above are void. Cancellations are not applied for same day delivery order.
Applicable Law
These Terms shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria to determine any matter or dispute which arises between us.
